All Out Performance, Workout of The Day by Dutch

Yes, your boy dutch dropped the ball and missed a workout day.  I won’t make excuses, let’s just try to forget about it and move on.  We’re going to continue to kick ass and take names, starting today, no more fooling around.  Here’s your workout for the day:

Skill Work – 3 sets of 3 – Hang Clean
2 sets of 5 – Power Clean

6 Sets of 400 M sprints – rest 1 Min between each set

Core Work – Supermans – 4 sets of 10 reps, hold as long as possible
