Skill: Deadlift 4 x 3

As Many Rounds As Possible in 16 Mins:

12 Overhead Press (95lb)
10 Dips
10 Overhead Lunges (45lb plate)

Core Work: 3 x 12 KB Halos
4 x 10 Hanging Leg Raises
