Time to work off the hot dogs and beer.  Hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend.  Now it’s time to get back at it.

Skill – Practice Double Unders
Handstand Pushups – 3 x max reps

Run 5K

6 x 12 Pullups
6 x 12 Pushups (hardest variation possible)

Midline Work – 3 x 12 Ab Rollouts
3 x 12 hanging leg raises
