Alright guys and gals. We’re rounding the 2nd turn and are closing out the summer with a bang. If you’ve been doing the workouts from All Out Performance for 2 months now, you should be feeling great. If you just started, keep with it. It’s worth every drop of sweat.
Here’s your workout for the day, and keep in mind, the weights are just gauges. Use weight that you are comfortable with but still gives you a good workout:
Workout for Tuesday July 31
Skill – Deadlift 5, 3, 2, 3, 5
20, 15, 10, 5
Back Squat (135lb)
Barbell Row (135lb)
KB Swing (heavy)
Box Jumps
Core Work – Ab Rollouts 3 x 12
Hanging Leg Raises 3 x 12
